آنزیم اسمارتگ پلیمراز سیناکلون یک پلیمراز DNA با مقاومت حرارتی بالا می باشد که برای سنتز DNA در دمای بالا مناسب می باشد. این آنزیم واکنش پلیمریزاسیون نوکلئوتیدها در DNA دو رشته ای را در جهت `5 به `3 در حضور MgCI کاتالیز می کند و برای پلیمریزاسیون الگوهایی با سایز بزرگ مناسب می باشد.
